Said common driveways have been approved <br /> by the Fire- Department for fire access and safety issues. <br /> Lee Gurney asked if the properties would be year round <br /> residences and asked about snow plowing. <br /> Mr. Kerr responded "yes, they may be year round". <br /> The Town Planner interjected, stating the Town will <br /> plow the street-s, not the driveways. <br /> r . Derr -stated it is intended that said driveways <br /> will be owned by the Homeowner' s s-sociation and that the <br /> maintenance, including snow plowing, would be their <br /> responsibility. <br /> The Town Planner suggested Applicant obtain something <br /> in writing from the Fire Dep&rtment with -regard to this <br /> matter; to which the Board -agreed. <br /> The Town Planner further suggested Applicant provide <br /> something. in writing with regard to the Homeowner' s <br /> Association responsibility for snow plowing for future <br /> reference. <br /> The Town Planner made re-fe-rence to the consulting <br /> Engineer' s comment letter regarding drainage issues for <br /> Lots 2 through 6. <br /> Tyr. Kerr made reference to the grading stating <br /> accommodations could be made with swales . <br /> r. Kerr addressed the matter of the easement <br /> document, stating the entire subdivision will be recorded' <br /> with the Land court as registered land, all driveway <br /> easements will be part of the recording. As lots are <br /> conveyed to third parties said easements would run with <br /> each of the individual deeds . <br /> Lee Gurney suggested Applicant obtain written' comments <br /> regarding the fire gate as well; to which Ir. Kerr agreed. <br />
