Lopez present her proposal to <br /> the ConserVation Commis-lion for t-hej.r4 consideration and <br /> comment with regards to disturbance of a protected area, as <br /> they have juri-sd-Iction of the Mashpee River. <br /> The Town Planner mentioned another issue for Planning <br /> Board consideration would be the creation of a subdivision <br /> and appropriate deed restrictions to prevent the property <br /> from being sold outside of the family. <br /> Mr. 'Fowl-ey suggested the possible creation of a <br /> subdivision from Meetinghouse load to a point where <br /> frontage could be met on the lot being proposed/created. <br /> He also suggested Ms. Lopez contact the Board of Health <br /> regarding Title V policy, inspection being warred when <br /> property is conveyed to a family member. <br /> The ward instructed Ms .
