The Chaitman recognized Attorney Kevin Kirrane, <br /> representing the Applicant, who informed the Board that he <br /> wa-s present to discuss the completion of the roadway. <br /> Attorney Kirrane explained that this project is <br /> growth-control development, there are currently two homes <br /> under construction, and occupancy permits are not being <br /> contemplated until March 2006. He requested an extension <br /> of time for roadway completion until such time as a <br /> substantial portion of the construction of the dwellings <br /> have been completed. There is a bond in place representing <br /> security for completion of the roadway. Applicant, <br /> however, will comply with Planning Board wishes. <br /> The Town Planner clarified this is not a condition of <br /> the subdivision approval., but rather a deadline placed upon <br /> the performance guarantee. The covenant has been released, <br /> building and occupancy permits may be obtained, the sum of <br /> $32, 563- 00 has been provided in exchange for the release <br /> for said covenants. At that time the Board set a deadline <br /> of June 1, 20-05 for completion of the roadwork. <br /> The Board instructed Mr. Rowley to make an inspection <br /> of road conditions and submit a report for Planning Board <br /> review prior to the October' Meeting. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mrs. Lope -- 103 Meetinghouse Road <br /> Possible Construction of Additional Family Horne <br /> The Chairman recognized Donna Lopez who explained to <br /> the Board that one of children, recently married, would <br /> like to construct a 3-bedroom home on the property. Ms . <br /> Lopez is requesting the Board approve a subdivision of her <br /> property to accommodate construction of dwellings for both <br /> of her children. <br /> The Town Planner clarified this request is considered <br /> to be a lot division. There has been some Planning staff <br /> research into possible zoning for multiple family homes, or <br /> compounds . At resent there is no applicable zoning for � <br /> p p p g <br /> this situation. <br /> This is a six-acre lot with very little frontage, and <br /> would not conform as an individual lot to current zoning. <br /> Bequest is being made to the Planning Board to approve some <br />
