She stated she would need more time to- <br /> consider this proposal, and that she is leaning more <br /> towards a negative decision. <br /> The Chairman advised Mr. Westman to provide <br /> documentation to support his claim that the proposed <br /> addition could not feasibly be relocated. <br /> It was agreed that Mr. Westman would appear before the <br /> Board on October 5, 2005, at which time the Planning Board <br /> would give direction as to a conceptual approval, to be <br /> followed by the Subdivision Plan Public Hearing process. <br /> Lee Gurney reiterated her concern and reluctance t <br /> approve the proposal based upon the principle of open space <br /> remaining open space.
