At this point the Town Pla-nner informed the Board of <br /> agenda changes, continuations to the October 5, 2005 <br /> Planning Board Meeting: Talanian Public Hearings, Johns <br /> Pond Center Special Permit, and Town Meeting Road Taping <br /> Articles #32 and #33 . Them is an -addition letter of <br /> complaint, Leisure Green, to be discussed under <br /> Correspondence. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> C. Ta lanian -Realty Company-Donna' s Lane, route 2 <br /> South Cape Village Special Permit Modification <br /> T-he appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Nearing. to order. She acknowledged Applicant' s <br /> request for a continuance. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to October 5, 2005 at <br /> 7 : 45 p.m. , at Applicant' s request; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permits <br /> indchie Point - off Great Deck Road South <br /> Discussion of l e egetation of Construction Drive <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Tom Quinn, windchie Point. <br /> Mr. Quinn reported the twenty-six arborvitae that were <br /> planted did not survive. Applicant is in receipt of the <br /> Planning Board letter and plans to purchase additional <br /> vegetation, <br /> Mr. Quinn reported upon the status of the development, <br /> all of the roadways and street lighting is completed. The <br /> sprinkler system is very near completion. Applicant will <br /> be r <br /> equosting an inspection by the Planning Board upon <br /> completion of Ph-ase III . <br /> Developer is currently in the process of completing <br /> repairs to driveways in Phase II due to snowplow damage . <br /> Developer intends to construct a guardrail vegetation <br /> around the center area, and has spoken to the Town <br /> Consulting Engineer in this regard. <br /> 2 <br />
