Although the Developer has not fret met with the <br /> Association, it is his understanding that they have <br /> compiled a list of concerns for Phase III that will be <br /> addressed and plant-ings will be provided. <br /> Mr. Quinn stated that there are currently eighteen <br /> units to develop, ,a-ll but one has been sold. As-built <br /> plans are currently being prepared and will be filed with <br /> th'e Planning Departm' ent, at which point Applicant will <br /> request to appear b-efore the Board. <br /> The Chairman asked what the Developer intends to use <br /> as a replacement planting.
