At this point he provided: a. <br /> letter t the Town Planner, based upon the special Permit, <br /> indicating that there is a five-gear window with regard to <br /> closing the two curb cuts . The escrow amount is Twenty <br /> Eight Hundred $2 00 . 00) Dollars, including the 150% to <br /> construct two driveways and make parking improvements to <br /> the driveway in front of the Hardware store. If, at the <br /> end of the said five-years, no improvements have been made <br /> the escrow monies would be reimbursed to the Applicant . <br /> The Town Planner clarified that Applicant i <br /> attempting to conform with the Condition that states if he <br /> is not able to acquire the cooperation of everyone 'involved <br /> in order to complete the necessary construction, he would <br /> be allowed/have the option to submit a performance <br /> guarantee to the Town to be held in escrow for a period of <br /> five-years . <br /> The said amount of $2800 . 00 would be required to <br /> complete the sidewalks across the existing driveway <br /> entrances that would otherwise have been closed. <br /> Mr. Rowley reported on preliminary discussions with <br /> the Bank, that they would now like to revert to the <br /> conditions as they were before any work wa-s done . They <br /> want to maintain both driveways . <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested it would be unlikely to maintain <br /> the driveway closest to Route 2.8 . He is anticipating a <br /> call from a Bank representative within the next week in <br /> order to discuss this matter further. There was some <br /> conflict with the expansion of the parting area and <br /> maintaini-ng the existing drive-thru window. <br /> The Board agreed to continue discussion of this matter <br /> at the October 5, 2005 Meeting. <br />
