Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> -Sate Visit <br /> indchime Point Condominiums <br /> September 24, 200 <br /> The Town of Mas pee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order at the Windchime Point Community Building at 1 :00 <br /> p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2005. The Chairman, <br /> Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Nice <br /> Chairman; John Halachis; Harvey Cohen, Associate Member; <br /> and Beverly Kane, Chairman. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudala, 'Town Planner; and <br /> Charles' Rowl e , Consulting Engineer. <br /> indch-ime Point Developers: Stuart Bornstein; and 'Torn <br /> Quinn.. <br /> indchie Point Association Members : Marion Baker; Dori <br /> Curran; John ugliotta; and Dick Livie. <br /> A quorum being prsent the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. She T e ti-fied the following items to be <br /> addressed: Landscaping Phase 111, Access- Road/Treatment <br /> Plant, and Construction Road Revegetation. <br /> The Chairman suggested the Association provide the <br /> Planning Board with a written list of their concerns within <br /> the project for review. <br /> The Developer stated that the road and post office <br /> concerns have been addressed. <br /> It was agreed that the outstanding issues a-nd concerns <br /> regarding the surer treatment plant would be addressed at <br /> another time. <br /> Ir. Gugliotta expressed concern regarding the <br /> construction of the catch basins not having tees. <br /> Don Curran expressed concern regarding the status of <br /> the service road. He suggested the opening revert back to <br /> 1 <br />
