References were being <br /> made to a plan entitled, "Landscape Plan Windchime Point, <br /> Phase III Bldg. 50, Gardens by Rebecca, Centerville, CIA, <br /> Revised May 20, 200 0 " <br /> The chairman suggested the Developer and Association- <br /> communicate with each other and reiterated her suggestion <br /> that the Association prepare and present a complete list o <br /> concerns to the Planning Board for their review and <br /> consideration. <br /> r. Quinn explained a variety of plantings have been. <br /> put in the ground, stating some of the plants indicated on <br /> the landscaping plan were not available in the spring. He <br /> asked the Association to provide- him with a plant list <br /> trees and shrubs) and that he -would order and plant what <br /> they wanted. <br /> Ir. Quinn also stated that some of -the lawns have been <br /> disturbed by the construction of roads and installation of <br /> .streetlights, and that he wouldre-seed those areas. <br /> The Chairman was presented with a letter dated August <br /> 28, 20 . , from Judith E. Quinn, 38 Gold. Leaf Lane, <br /> addressed to the ,indchi me- Point Trustees; as well as a <br /> Memo from Martin J. O' Malley dated September 23, 2005. <br /> The chairman again instructed the Developer and <br /> Association to communicate and cooperate with each other. <br /> (This portion of the Meeting concluded at 1 : 25 p.m. , <br /> at which point the Planning Beard left the Community <br /> Building and began the site inspection. ) <br /> Phase III <br /> Gold Leaf Lane <br /> r.. Quinn addressed concerns regarding the exposed <br /> utility boxes by stating he would plant whatever the <br /> Association would like as cover materials . <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested that a berm should <br /> e built on the side of the road in order to prevent wash <br /> out materialsdebris from collecting in and clogging the <br /> drains . <br />
