that 'hare not been completed, and several that should be <br />re -done. one of the drainage areas has not been completed <br />with loam and seed; the other had been done with a minimal <br />amount of loam, insufficient to sustain vegetation and <br />grass growth. A portion of the sod located at the circle <br />and the area adjacent to the circle has died, probably due <br />to insufficient light and moisture, and may have to be <br />replaced. The concrete bounds and street sign have not yet <br />been set in place, and the topcoat of paging needs to be <br />completed. <br />Mr. Rowley suggested these items be addressed prior to <br />Planning Board approval for release of security. <br />Attorney Kirrane stated Applicant is not seeping <br />release, but rather i asking if the secured amount is <br />sufficient based upon Mr. F owl ey' s review. If the Board <br />deems said security amount to be sufficient, Applicant <br />would ask for a deferral for completion until sometime next <br />spring. Nome of the dwellings are ready for occupancy at <br />this time. <br />Mr.'owley stated he is not certain if the street <br />bounding/sod replacement expenses have been included in the <br />secured amount. <br />The Town Planner informed the Board that the original <br />secured amount is 2,5--.0(plus interest) . <br />Mr. Rowley suggested an estimate be Provided to the <br />Planning Board, on engineer/surveyor letterhead, indicating <br />responsibility for the bounding to in -sure coverage. <br />Acknowledging Applicant's request for an extension and <br />noting the fact that no one currently resides on the <br />street, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br />MOTION: John Halachis made a Lotion to approve an <br />extension for completion of road construction in this <br />matter to June i, 2006, and subject to the completion of <br />the consulting Engineer's concerns as outlined in <br />correspondence dated October 5, 2; which lotion was duly <br />seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br />Public Hearing <br />Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br />
