no erosion at the treatment plant site after the stores <br /> were installed. <br /> Applicant' s engineer would like to revise the final <br /> site plan to include- some minor drainage adjustments. <br /> Mr. Rowley agreed there are a few minor drainage <br /> details to be worked out, a-s well as inclusion of a catch <br /> baz in/leeching pit . <br /> Mr. Quinn stated he would provide. said .plan, in final <br /> form, to the Planning Board in advance of the next meeting <br /> for their review. <br /> Mr. Quinn stated the -guardrail systems have been <br /> installed throughout the project . The garage- has, been <br /> completed. Striping will be- done upon completion of the <br /> post office parking lot . The garage parking lot has been <br /> top coated. <br /> Lee Gurney asked about the stop lime. <br /> Ir. Quinn stated this would be done at the same time <br /> as the stiping. <br /> o arrangements have been made yet to move the post <br /> office boxes, however Mr. Quinn hopes this will be <br /> completed within the next 3 - a r . <br /> The Town Planner inquired as to the completion of <br /> detailed landscape plans for the- Phase. III buildings for <br /> submis-sion to the Planning Board for review. This i <br /> necessary for security and legal access purposes as well . <br /> Mr, Quinn stated this information would be provided, <br /> in final form, prior to the next meeting. <br /> It was agreed that the consulting Engineer would make <br /> an inspection upon notification from Applicant' s engineer. <br /> s requested, Ir. Quinn has provided the- Town Planner <br /> with a list of each of the items for completion with a <br /> dollar amount. A check ha-s been submitted to the Town o-f <br /> iashpee in the amount of $85, 000 . 00 which is the projected <br /> amount to complete all outstanding items. The quotes will <br /> be submitted in detail prior to the next meeting; <br /> especially important is the landscaping cost . <br />
