There was discussion and review of the readings. <br /> Willowbend Country Club Signs <br /> Fin Me oot Road <br /> The Town Planner raised the issue of "Public Warr" <br /> signs, which have all been made and presented to the <br /> Planning Department/Planning Board for approval prior to <br /> installation. <br /> "Willowbend Country Club - Mashpee Ancient Torn Way, <br /> is the wording. The Town Planner noted they were supposed <br /> to indicate that the roads are .'public gays"; they are not <br /> Town wars/roads . The public does have a right to use the <br /> roads . Also, "Ancient Town Way" implies Town of Mashpee <br /> liability, which is not the case. <br /> The Town Planner explained these roads are not laid <br /> out Town roads, they are located on Willowbend property. <br /> The Planning Board has indicated- in the Decision that they <br /> were to remain open for public use and a:re to be treated as <br /> public ways, open to the public, and the signs were <br /> supposed to have made this clear. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board that the name <br /> "Willowbend" be removed from the -signs-, and that they <br /> simply read, "Road dare - Public Way".
