Stuart Bornstein - self Storage MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in the matter of Bornst-ein Self Storage Buildings for January 18, 2006 at 7 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. Windchime Point As-Built Plans - Phase 1 I I - Parking Area The Chair-man recognized Mr. I ad ei] a, representing Applicant, who provided a plan entitled, "Windchime Point As-Built Plan, Phase III, 5 -[units 18,-Buildings, dated October 28, 2005, Revised December 6, 2005, by Down cape Engineering, Inc. " Mr. Rowley reported that he has made are inspection of each of the driveways that have been completed. He indicated those areas highlighted on the plan that represent a concern regarding the width of the driveway i-n order to accommodate two/three cars, according to the original plan and the orientation of two/three of the driveways located at Buildings #46, ##4 7, 4.48 and 50. He noted the odd sh-apes of the driveways at this location. It is- Mr. Rowley' s understanding that said driveway locations had been negotiated between Eric Smith, the former Assistant Town Planner and Applicant . Mr. Rowley suggested the Board renew/approve those highlighted areas of concern for width, space, and accommodation for a certain number of cars. He suggested that some of the spaces be widened in order to accommodate additional cdrs . The Town Planner made reference to Building- #24 garage space/driveway parting space locations in order to preserve t-r e e s . Mr. Nadeila indicated those areas where approximately ten parking spaces were eliminated in order to preserve trees . However, additional spaces have been scattered throughout the project . He stated there are a total of 122 parking spaces, plus 50 garages, for 53 units in this phase.
