Stuart Bornstein - self Storage <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in the matter of Bornst-ein Self Storage <br /> Buildings for January 18, 2006 at 7 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br /> Windchime Point <br /> As-Built Plans - Phase 1 I I - Parking Area <br /> The Chair-man recognized Mr. I ad ei] a, representing <br /> Applicant, who provided a plan entitled, "Windchime Point <br /> As-Built Plan, Phase III, 5 -[units 18,-Buildings, dated <br /> October 28, 2005, Revised December 6, 2005, by Down cape <br /> Engineering, Inc. " <br /> Mr. Rowley reported that he has made are inspection of <br /> each of the driveways that have been completed. He <br /> indicated those areas highlighted on the plan that <br /> represent a concern regarding the width of the driveway i-n <br /> order to accommodate two/three cars, according to the <br /> original plan and the orientation of two/three of the <br /> driveways located at Buildings #46, ##4 7, 4.48 and 50. He <br /> noted the odd sh-apes of the driveways at this location. <br /> It is- Mr. Rowley' s understanding that said driveway <br /> locations had been negotiated between Eric Smith, the <br /> former Assistant Town Planner and Applicant . <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested the Board renew/approve those <br /> highlighted areas of concern for width, space, and <br /> accommodation for a certain number of cars. He suggested <br /> that some of the spaces be widened in order to accommodate <br /> additional cdrs . <br /> The Town Planner made reference to Building- #24 garage <br /> space/driveway parting space locations in order to preserve <br /> t-r e e s . <br /> Mr. Nadeila indicated those areas where approximately <br /> ten parking spaces were eliminated in order to preserve <br /> trees . However, additional spaces have been scattered <br /> throughout the project . He stated there are a total of 122 <br /> parking spaces, plus 50 garages, for 53 units in this <br /> phase. <br />
