The chairman expressed lien concern that the buyer of <br /> the property be accurately informed of the size of their <br /> parking spaces. <br /> Mr. Rowley addressed concerns regarding drainage <br /> issues outlined in his comment letter dated December 7, <br /> 2005 concerning Windchime Point; Drainage Located near <br /> Building #49 and # o. He made reference to an open area <br /> located between Green Ivy Lane and Blue Spruce Way. The <br /> original plan required threefour-leaching pits in the <br /> green space.. Said pits were never. installed in an attempt <br /> to save several trees . <br /> Mr.. Rowley requested information from Applicant' s <br /> engineer that would support the decision that said pits <br /> were not necessary, that there was sufficient drainage in <br /> said area. [upon review of information/calculations <br /> provided, including a t o -year storm event, there is <br /> adequate storage. (Letter dated November 22, 2005, Down <br /> Cape Engineering, Arne H. Gj ala, PLB, PE, addressed to the <br /> Town of Ma,shpee Planning Board, Attention Charles Rowley) <br /> Based upon this information Mr. Rowley has recommended <br /> in -aid letter date December- 7, o - that these leach-inn <br /> pits a-re not required at this location. <br /> With regard to the parking spaces, Mr. Rowley stated <br /> he has no issues with the general configuration and <br /> location of the spaces . He suggested the Beard identify <br /> those areas where single parking spaces have been provided <br /> rather than the double space originally approved. <br /> There being no further Planning Board discussion of <br /> this matter the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arifti made a Motion to accept and <br /> approve "Windchime Point As-Built Plan, Phase III, 53 Units <br /> 18 Buildings, dated October 28, 2005, Revised December 6, <br /> 2005, ignei by Arne o j a la-, PE, PLs prepared by Down cape <br /> Engineering,- Inc. "; which Motion was duly seconded by John <br /> Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Kevin Layer - 78 Industrial Drive <br /> Approval -of Special Permit <br /> 3 <br />
