Town of llashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> February 4, 2009 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board'Meeting ieeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room #1, l lashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, l iashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> : o p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2009. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Balzarini,Vice-Chairman; James <br /> Leonard, Clerk; Joseph Mullin; Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; and Mary Waygan, <br /> Associate Member. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> l lashpee Commons LLC: Douglas Storrs <br /> Cape Cod Commission: Phil lascornbe <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Discussion <br /> lashpee Commons LL -Cape Cod Commission <br /> Proposed Development=Agreement for East Steeple Street, Trout Pond, <br /> Forth Market Street west <br /> . <br /> Proposed Development Agreement Informational Needs and Process <br /> The Chairman provided Board Members are opportunity to express their concerns, <br /> comments, and input. <br /> Dennis l al ariru stated he would be interested in reviewing a plan for the entire <br /> development including the housing, street layouts and connections, tax revenues, <br /> additional services(emergency vehicles, etc.). He also asked about the connection at <br /> Route 28 and Steeple Street, as well as the type of proposed development at Trout Pond, <br /> proposed setbacks on Route 28 and Great Neck Road South, overflow parking issues. He <br /> also suggested that local contractors be given a priority, as well as utilizing the <br /> Vocational School by means of developin o ering a program in which students could <br /> participate in the construction of an affordable hones . He then inquired as to the <br /> proposed wastewater system. <br /> 1 <br />
