Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> March 4, 2009 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room 41, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> :oo p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2019. <br /> Planning Board Members present; Dennis Bal arini, Vice-Chairman; James <br /> Leonard, Clerk; Joseph Mullin; Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; Mary waygan, Associate <br /> Member; and Al wickel. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas F'ndal ajown Planner; Thomas Mayo, GI -Coordinator; <br /> and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer (7:08 p.m. <br /> qu rurn being present the Chairman called the Meeting-to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of IMinutes <br /> November 19, 200 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made.a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> November 19, 2008 planning Board Meeting as submitted; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Janes Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Mashpee Investors LLC <br /> South Cape Village Shopping Center-Special Permit Modification to Convert Joy Street <br /> Pedestrian walkway to Street and Parking Area <br /> The Chairman stepped down from this matter, appointed the vice-Chairman to <br /> preside, and left the meeting room in order to avoid any possible conflict.of interest, <br /> The Vice-Chairman brought this matter to order and deferred to the Town Planner <br /> for an update. <br /> The-Town Planner explained that Town Counsel has advised that notice be sent to <br /> the abutters advising therm Of the date and time of the meeting scheduled for <br /> consideration of the application filed on February 25`h to determine whether it sufficiently <br /> complies with Section 16 regarding the two year review period. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to packet materials prodded to the Board <br /> Members, including.a proposed notice to abutters informing them of the meeting for <br /> mailing on March 5th. <br /> I <br />
