MOTION: Janes Leonard made a Motion to schedule a 'dote of the Planning <br /> Board in compliance with Section 16 regarding reconsideration of the plan in this matter <br /> on March 18, 2009,at 7:05 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> (The Consulting Engineer arrived at the Meeting,at this point, 7.-08 p.m. <br /> Due to a scheduling conflict with Board Member Al wid e! on March 1 ffi it was <br /> agreed by the Applicant and the Planning Board to reschedule.the above mentioned <br /> matter to April 1, 2009, at : o p.m. <br /> MOTION: James Leonard rescinded his original Motion in order to reschedule <br /> Vote of the Planning Board in compliance with Section 16 regarding reconsideration of <br /> the plan in this matter to April 1, 2009,, at 7:30 p.m.; which Notion was duly seconded b <br /> Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman returned to the Conference Room at this point and presided over <br /> the remainder of the Meeting. <br /> Preliminary Subdivision Plans <br /> willorbend Country Club, Inc.-Quinquisset Avenue <br /> Preliminary Plan Approval of -Lot Subdivision <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Jack <br /> Mc lhinney, representing the Applicant. <br /> Attorney Mc lhinney explained the matter under discussion is a Preliminary Plan <br /> and indicated the location being adjacent to the area Down as the Glen, and is currently <br /> being occupied by a small duplex unit and a series of trailers. The trailers have been in <br /> existence for a-number of years and have been used as employee housing and are now in <br /> disrepair. Applicant has filed permits with the Board of Health for permission to raze the <br /> hailers; and discussion with the Mashpee Housing Authority to donate/relocate the <br /> duplex structure-to affordable housing. <br /> Attorney Mc'Elhinney continued with his proposal for a -lot subdivision under <br /> modification o :die Special Permit. Applicant intends to demonstrate additional density <br /> allowance. All of the proposed units would be connected to the willowbend sewerage <br /> plant. There is an area-napped for the eastern box_turtle habitat resulting from extensive <br /> negotiations with Natural Heritage. A Definitive Plan will also be presented to the Board <br /> as part of the process. <br /> There was brief discussion regarding drainage, grading, stormwater management, <br /> vegetation, underground utilities, public water, and the existing septic system. <br /> 2 <br />
