Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and Thomas Mayo, GIS <br /> Coordinatr. (The Consulting Engineer was not present.) <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Special Permit <br /> liashpee Industrial Realty LLC <br /> 168 & 184 Industrial Drive—Discussion <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Robert Mills, <br /> appearing for Attorney Kevin Kirrane,the-attorney-of record in this matter, representing <br /> the Applicant. <br /> Attorney Mills introduced Joseph Feller, Bruce McGregor, and Lathan <br /> ) erkowie . <br /> (PlanningBoard Member Joseph Mullin arrived at the Meeting at this point, :o <br /> P.M.) <br /> Attorney Mills in ormed the Board that Mr. Feller has been a Barnstable resident <br /> for approximately twenty-five years and has developed a major portion of Route 132. <br /> Nor. Berkowicz is the President of the Boys and Girls Club who resides in New Seabury. <br /> Attorney Bills made reference to paragraph 16 of the Special Permit with <br /> reference to determination of tenant . A plan and use has been developed within the <br /> confines of the Special Permit which vision the Applicant would like to present to the <br /> Board. <br /> 1 <br />
