There was some dis ussion regarding public input Public Hearings with,reference <br /> to these matters, as well as-meetings with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> The Town Planner provided information packets with reference to those sections <br /> of the RPP that indicate the reduction in traffic mitigation within an Economic Center, <br /> The Town Planner then reported that there was discussion regarding the Echo <br /> Road area and the possibility of reducing thresholds. There was concern raised regarding <br /> changing,.this-area to ` Other". <br /> The Chairman clarified-that the Vision Map does not change any local zoning or <br /> use. The thresholds are not changed either, unless and until there is agreement between <br /> the Selectmen.and the Planning Board to change the Cape Cod Commission thresholds. <br /> detailed infrastructure plan is required before any changes would be allowed. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board that~both a Traffic re Study and National Heritage <br /> Study are vital for preparation of the Development Agreement.
