He noted there were no changes-in the layout of'the lot lines, <br /> said plan is essentially the same plan that was approved by the Planning Board under the <br /> Definitive Subdivision, it does contain updates that BSS had to make in order to comply <br /> with Land Court filing requirements and new signatures are needed in order to update the <br /> plan with Planning Board confirm ation that no substantial changcs, amendments or <br /> modifications have been made since the original approval. <br /> I esignature of Plan entitled, "Subdivision Plan of Land in New Se bury, <br /> Mashpee, MA, prepared for Bayswater Development LL , by B S Design, Lotting Plan, <br /> Dated December 18, Zoo , and Revised lurch 31, 209". <br /> Also signature of"Easement plan— Lotting Plan with Easements". <br /> The Chairman entertained a Motion by made with regard to resignature of-said <br /> Plan. <br /> MOTION: Dennis l al arini made a Motion for approval of the request for <br /> resignature of the Subdivision Plan,in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> James Leonard and so-voted unanimously. <br /> Planning Board Signatures: Dennis lalrini, Thomas O'Hara, and Joseph <br /> Mullin. <br />
