Attorney M lhinne expressed Applicant's intent to finalize the engineering and <br /> drainage issues, requesting conceptual direction from the Board. <br /> The Chairman reiterated his concern for some type of turn around; which Mr. <br /> Eddy agreed to address with the Applicant, abutters, and National Heritage. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested Board consideration of a temporarycul-de-sac with a <br /> easement surrounding it as opposed to actually changing the layout. He also suggested <br /> something less than the 100-# . diameter circle, perhaps - t. with respect to drainage <br /> issues, he informed the Board that the Cranberry Ridge Subdivision pre-dates any of the <br /> current zoning which requires pretreatment before stormwater goes into the ground. <br /> The Cranberry Ridge Subdivision basically consists of catch basins and leaching <br /> pits. Some s rt f surface treatment/infiltration is currently required. <br /> Mr. Eddy stated that when the final redesign information for Simons Road is <br /> submitted, a vegetated s cale could be incorporated. <br /> There was general agreement from the Board to Mr. l o ley's suggestions. The <br /> Board Members also expressed their pleasure that Applicant and the abutters have come <br /> to mutual agreement. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in <br /> this-matter to April 15, 2009 at 7:1 o,p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph <br /> Mullin and so voted unanimously, <br /> Board Discussion <br /> Potential Zoning Amendments <br /> There was brief discussion regarding possible zoning articles with regard to a <br /> helicopter landing, residential light pollution issues, contractor yards bays, and retail <br /> storage trailers. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Mashpee Investors LLC <br /> South Cape Village Shopping Center-reconsideration Vote Regarding February 4 Denial <br /> per M L Ch.40A Section 16 Prohibition on reconsideration within -Years <br /> The Chairman stepped down from this matter, in order to avoid any possible <br /> conflict of interest; he left the Conference Room and appointed the ice-Chairman to <br /> preside over thus matter. <br /> The Vice-Chairman opened the Special Permit har*ng in this matter and <br /> recognized Don I egathlin,representing Talanian Realty. Mr. l legathlin the introduced <br /> Charles Talanian, David Coughlin, and Matthew Eddy. <br />
