He stated that he is thankful to the Applicant for taping action <br /> and making substantial changes within the plan in response to abutter concerns. Every <br /> attempt is being made to satisfy everyone's concerns. Much progress has been trade, <br /> Applicant has been responsive, and he does not-wish to see Applicant appear before the <br /> Board with further changes to the location of buildings. <br /> Doreen Culcasi, 21 Cranberry Ridge road—Commented that the amended plan <br /> being presented is"very nice, and that we are negotiating,which is a good thing. <br /> However, I want single-family homes there and that is-actually ghat we need to discuss I <br /> guess, at this point". She expressed her preference for the previous plan,showing single- <br /> family homes stating the Town would realize revenue. the Applicant would have <br /> condom u*rn*ums,-and the abutters would.have single-famiI'y homes next door. She <br /> reiterated her original statement that she does not want condominiums in her backyard, <br /> this is not what she.had planned, and she feels,that she-is being forced to fight for <br /> something that was originally presented to her. <br /> t this point the Chairman recessed this matter in order to step down and appoint <br /> the Vice-Chairman to open the Special Permit matter scheduled for 7:30 p. . <br /> Special Permit <br /> Mashpee Investors LL <br /> South Cape Village Shopping Center-Reconsideration Vote regarding February <br /> Ieruial per 1GL Ch.4A Section 16 Prohibition on Reconsideration within 2-Years <br /> The Vice-Chairman opened the Special Permit bearing in this matter and <br /> entertained a motion be made for a continuance. <br /> MOTION: Joseph Mullin made a Motion to continue'the Special Perm-it <br /> hearing in this matter to : o p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by James Leonard <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Dearing <br /> Willo bend Country Club, Inc. —Continued <br /> Mary Jane Barks, 47 Cranberry ridge Road—Thanked the Applicant for their <br /> open and aggressive discussions-with the abutters. She questioned the buffer zones, <br /> noting there are fences along the soccer field, asking if the buffer will be - t. from the <br /> fence. <br /> Mr. Eddy responded sayi ng-yes; 40-ff. from the property 1 ine, the fence that was <br /> installed by the Applicant is just inside the property (approximately 3 -ff. . <br /> There being no further Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion to <br /> continue the Public Hearing in this matter. <br />
