Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 1 , 2009 <br /> The Town of M hpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room #I, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Deck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> :00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal ari.ni, vice-Chairman; James <br /> Leonard, Clerk; Thomas O'Hara. Chairman; Mary Waygan, Associate Member; and Al <br /> Wickel. <br /> Absent: Joseph Mullin. <br /> Also present: P. Thomas F dala, Town Planner; and Tom Mayo,, GIS <br /> Coordinator; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer(8:15 p.m.). <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman.called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval-of Minutes <br /> February 4. 2009 <br /> MOTION: James Leonard made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> February 4, 2009 Planning Board Meeting submitted; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Town Road Takings <br /> Board Recommendation vote regarding—Article 19 on May 4 Annual Town <br /> Meeting Warrant to accept the layouts of Spinnaker Drive, Starboard Drive, Simons <br /> Narrows s load, Half Hitch Lane and Yardarm Drive as town rows. <br /> The T-own Planner explained that the streets in question are located in the Bay <br /> Ridge Subdivision off Simons Narrows Road. The plans are basically a layout of the <br /> approved subdivision. Although.Spinnaker Drive e West with drainage easements shows <br /> on the plan, it is not a street that will be taken. <br /> The matter before the Board is whether or not the Town should accept these road <br /> layouts as Town layouts; the Board Chairman makes verbal recommendation at Town <br /> Meeting prior to Town Meeting vote. No engineering issues are involved. <br /> MOTION: tennis Bal arini made a Motion to Recommend Approval for Taking <br /> of Roads: Spinnaker Drive, Starboard Drive, Simons Narrows Load, Half Hitch Lane, <br /> 1 <br />
