Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> September 16, 2009 <br /> The Town of Ma hpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room #17 Mashpee Town lull, 16 Great Neck Road forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> 7:00 p.m, on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, <br /> Planning board.Members present: Dennis 1 al afini, vice-Chairman; John <br /> Cotton, Associate Member; James Leonard; Joseph Mullin, Clerk; Thomas O'Hara, <br /> Chairman; and Mary w ygan. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> Bill Newton, Assistant Town Planner, and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> ApproVal of Minutes <br /> June 175 2009 <br /> MOTION: Dennis l l arirni made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the May <br /> 20, 2009 Planning Board Meeting as.submitted; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Joseph Bul l i n and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Duck Pond Limited Partnership <br /> Request for Certification <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Mike Roberts, Project <br /> Manager, representing the Applicant, <br /> Mr. Rowley made reference to his letter dated August 3 1", stating this was the last <br /> date he made an inspection of the project. <br /> 1r. Roberts made reference to revised plans indicating changes made as <br /> suggested by Mr. Rowley, "'Site Plan of Land in Mashpee, NIA prepared for: Holly <br /> Management& Supply Inc., Revised September 16, 2009, by Daniel A. jala''. <br /> There will be a double-rope gate at both entrances (one of which has been <br /> completed; the,other entrance will be done by the end of the week) with a combination <br /> padlock and which the Fire Department can drive through for access. Upon completion <br /> the combination codes will be provided to both the Police and Fire Departments. <br /> 1 <br />
