The commercial uses had to be reviewed and approved by the Cape <br /> Cod Commission as well as the Planning Board. Planning Board jurisdiction is-limited to <br /> the first floor of the live/w' ork buildings. He informed the Board there are approximately <br /> o, oo-square feet of commercial space on the first floors of the live/work live/work buildings. <br /> The Planning Board issued a Special Permit in March 2008, the plan has not <br /> changed, Applicant's motivation to i plem nt the plan has not changed, nor has there <br /> been any change in conuntr interest, <br /> 3 <br />
