R <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> November 18, 2009 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room ##I Mashpee Town Had 1, 16.Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> : o pin. on Wednesday,November 18, 2009. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Vice-Chairman; John <br /> Cotton, Associate Member; James Leonard; Joseph Mullin, Clerk; Thomas O`Mara, <br /> Chairman; and Mary waygan. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Charles Rowley,ley, Consulting <br /> Engineer; and Selectman Bike.Richardson, Planning Board Liaison. <br /> Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator was not present. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> August 19, 2009 and September 2, 2009 <br /> MOTION: Joseph Mullin made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the August <br /> 1913 2009 Planning Board Meeting, as well as the September 2, 2009 Planning Board <br /> Meeting, as submitted; which Motion was duly seconded by Mary waygan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Amouncernent <br /> Mashpee Reads Program <br /> The Chairman read the following announcement into the record,.regarding the <br /> "Ma hpee Reads Program"submitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> "Mashpee Read is a community-wide program to increase reading. Several <br /> events are being planned to further this effort. # 1 —Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) <br /> will be held again on December 16, 2009 from 9: o to 9:45 a.m. ## —There will be <br /> Boob Swap at the January General Election. # —Please register at <br /> Read s . rU-f mass. #4—registrants to date are 1,564 and they have react and, <br /> logged in 9,500 boobs. ## —Planned soon is-a Boots for Bingo event. we would <br /> appreciate everyone in our community to take part in this very worth while effort; <br /> questions can be directed to Ms. Ann Bradshaw." <br /> 1 <br />
