Board Items <br /> Land Court Reporter <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzairini made a Motion to authorize renewal ofsubscription <br /> for`'Land Court Reporter'' in the amount of Two Hundred Ten 21 .00 Dollars; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by James Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> Planning Board Budget <br /> The Town Planner reported that the budget is-due today, in two parts; a level <br /> funded budget and a two % percent reduction budget. <br /> Comprehensive Plan Survey <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the survey is currently available on- <br /> line through the Town website; as well as a limited number of paper surveys:available at <br /> the Senior Center, Public Library, and Town Hall, Town Clerk's Office. <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> -Proposed Revisions to Planning Board Special Permit Regulations Regarding <br /> Submission and Contents of Lighting Plans and Standards for Site Lighting <br /> The appointed hour having amved the Chairman called the Public Nearing to <br /> order and asked for Public comment. Being none, he then asked for Staff comment. <br /> The Town Planner explained that this proposal would require plans and <br /> documents illustrating the proposed system of site lighting in appropriate scale, including <br /> those details required to be shown on the plan, it specifics regarding.the type of <br /> lighting.and shielding required by the bylaw. <br /> He stated the Planning Board would also have the authority to waive regulations <br /> on an individual basis when deemed appropriate. <br /> There being no further discussion the Chairman entertained a motion to close the <br /> Public Nearing. <br /> MOTION: Tennis Bal arini made a Motion to close the Public Nearing in this <br /> matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini then made a Motion for approval of the proposed <br /> revision to Planning Board Special Permit Regulations regarding submission and contents <br /> of Lighting Plans and Standards for Site Lighting; which Motion was club seconded by <br /> Joseph Mullin.and so voted unanimously. <br /> 2 <br />
