The Town Planner remindcd the Board <br /> that this matter was approved on October 7, 2009, that the appeal period has passed with <br /> no objections filed. The Town Cleric has signed the Plans. <br /> Planning Board signatures: Thomas O`Hara Bennis Balzarini, Joseph Mullin, <br /> Diary Wyan, and Jaynes Leonard. <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plans <br /> willow end Country Club, Inc. off'Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> Submission of -Lot ` Willowben l Circle" Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Jack <br /> McEthinney, representing the Applicant, who.submitted a formal application for the -lot <br /> subdivision"Willowbend Circle". <br /> Attorney McFlhinney indicated the parcel is located at the corner of Orchard <br /> Toad and Quinaquisset Avenue consisting for five lots, approximately V2acre in size. <br /> There is a National Heritage restriction on the parcel, which has been negotiated and <br /> finalized. All buildings will be tied into the willowbend Sewer Treatment Plant; <br /> Bennis Balzarini inquired as to the status of the existing buildings trailer hones-. <br /> Attorney Iclhinney responded, `That is still open." He stated they are in the <br /> process of demolishing the uninhabited trailer homes; and that Applicant would be happy <br /> to donate the other two houses. National Heritage required that the ground not'be <br /> disturbed in any manner while in process, which is the reason the trailer homes have not <br /> been removed. <br /> There being no further Board discussion the Chairman entertained a motion to <br /> schedule a Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in this <br /> matter for January . 2010 t 7:10; which motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 3 <br />
