Public Hearing <br /> Proposed Name Change for Private way in willowbend Development <br /> From"East End" to "Buena Vista Circle" <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chain an read the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the record and called the Public Dearing to order. <br /> The Town Planner explained that this request has been initiated by the Town <br /> Clerk at the request of the Fire Department, in order to avoid confusion for safety <br /> purposed in the event of an emergency as there are a number of streets beginning with <br /> "East". <br /> There being no Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion to <br /> close the Public Hearing, <br /> MOTION:: Dennis Bal arni made a Motion to close the Public Heanng in this <br /> matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Jaynes Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the request for road name <br /> change from"Fast End' to `Buena Vista Circle' in this matter; which 1 rl tion was duly <br /> seconded by James Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> 1 lashpee Commons Development Agreement Status-Update <br /> The Chairman called this natter to order and recognized Douglas Storrs, <br /> representing Mashpee Commons. The Chairman introduced Mr. Storrs to Selectmen <br /> Mike Richardson, Liaison to the Planning Board. <br /> 1r. Storrs reported that he has been goring with the Cape Cod Commission staff <br /> reviewing the Mutual Policy Plan and addressing the required performance standards for <br /> approval from-the Commission. <br /> The Commission staff`made a site visit to North Market et Street and East Steeple <br /> Street. <br /> Applicant intends to request a procedural denial without prejudice of the pending <br /> DI, which v411 be reviewed by-the subcommittee as well as the Commission. The <br /> extension in this regard expires February 2010. An application for a Development <br /> Agreement cannot be filed while a DRI is pending. <br /> In response to a question by the Town Planner, Mr. Storrs explained that a notice <br /> of project change will be submitted to Massachusetts Envirorunental Protection Agency <br /> (MEPA) reflecting Cape Cod Concession and 1 ashpee Planning Board requirements. <br />
