It was agreed that this discussion would be continued to the December 2,200 <br /> Planning Board fleeting at 7: o p.m. <br /> (This matter concluded at 8:45 p.m. <br /> Discussion <br /> Report—Environmental Oversight Committee <br /> Mary waygan reported that Mr. Rowley has confirmed the current version of the <br /> plates, copies of which have been submitted to Catherine Laurent for review. She has <br /> agreed to provide comments to the Planning Board by December 2"d <br /> . <br /> With reference to the Santuit Pond Studies, she-reported that the-field samplings <br /> have been completed. The target date for distribution of the report is January 2010. The <br /> draft opinion has not yet been released. <br /> Discussion <br /> Chatham Rezoning Bylaw <br /> The Town Planner provided Copies of'sapid bylaw approved by the Chatham <br /> Planning Board which provides more control over the re-use of buildings. <br /> Update—Design Plan Review <br /> The Chairman informed the Board that the Free-Clinic has cleared the back of the <br /> site in order to construct a parking lot. A building permit was newer issued for the <br /> construction, nor notification for work to begin or inn pections of the construction. <br /> He suggested a notification regul tionlinspecti n process be included in the <br /> zoning bylaw. <br /> Also, the Fish Market at the Rotary is requesting approval for a take-out window. <br /> There are some parking issues that need to be resolved. The Town Planner noted that this <br /> property is part oche Trout Pond parcel and would require Planning Board approval: <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a 1 l tion to adjourn the Meeting; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The November 18, 2009 Planru*ng Board Meeting was thereupon adjourned at <br /> :20 p.m. <br /> 8 <br />
