Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Dcrnber 2, 2009 <br /> The Toren of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room ##l, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road Forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> :00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2009. <br /> P1anning,Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini,Vice-Chairman; John <br /> Cotton, Associate Member; ,lames Leonard; Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; and Mary <br /> waygan. <br /> Absent: Joseph Mullin,Clerk. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Clerk; Thomas-Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> quon nn being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> September 16, 2009 <br /> MOTION: James Leonard made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> September 16, 2000 Planning Board Meeting as submitted; which Motion was duly. <br /> seconded by Dennis Balarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Barbara A. Priestly and Beverly 11riarly <br /> 55 and 56 Neshobe Road of Approval Not Required Flan <br /> Showing Lot Side Line Adjustment Between 2-Lots, No Change to Frontage <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Faine Gildea,, <br /> representing the Applicant, Barbara priestly. She explained this matter is a land swap, as <br /> Mrs. Priestly's property encroaches on her neighbor's property. She-also noted that a <br /> name on the plan has been misspelled and will be corrected prior to filing ` M riarl " <br /> should be "Moriarty" . <br /> The parties have agreed to swap a small portion of their lots, which she indicated <br /> to the Board, as shown on a plan of land entitled, " edivi io]n of Lots 55 and 56 As <br /> Shown on Plan 2 65 02DSH2, Mashpee, MA,prepared by Bennett Engineering, dated <br /> June 4. 2009". <br /> 1 <br />
