Attorney.Gildea Mated that the'Town Planner has seen and reviewed a copy of the <br /> plan. There are no changes to frontage or setback. In order to correct the encroachment <br /> issue, Mrs. Priestly wi11 convey to Mrs. Moriarty a small portion of land on Lot 1+7 ;,firs. <br /> Moriarty will then exchange.that portion to Mrs. Priestly for Lot 170. <br /> Mr. Rowley vley had no objections to the request as the-proposal is for an equal <br /> exchange in terms of area, and there are no changes to frontage or setback. <br /> The Chairman did however, object to signing the plan as presented with an <br /> incorrect name of the property owner. The commercial buildings are on the first floor; office or residential on <br /> the upper floors.
