Those buildings to be reviewed by the Tern and those to be reviewed by <br /> the Commission are so identified on said plan. <br /> Street profiles are identified on the plan labeled by letter and by name (right of <br /> way and pavement dimensions). <br /> North Market Street—The-plan identifies the existing buildings. The existing <br /> roadway running along Stop & Stop will be connected to Frank Hicks Drive, and which <br /> will be the site for significant terminated vista buildings, with a small green to create a <br /> traffic calming area and to prevent it from becoming a raceway, <br /> Design Review process has been established for all buildings which require the <br /> developer to provide pre-approved architectural plans and documents, sketch plan review., <br /> schematic review,, construction documents and inspections. The architectural odes are <br /> included and indicate the type of-structure-, materials, mapping of the buildings, and <br /> building design requirements. <br /> There is a,listing of the required specific sections of the Mashpee zoning bylaws. <br /> Also included is.a summary prepared by the Town Planner indicating those items to be <br /> addressed by the Planning Board; as well as a memo regarding the transfer of <br /> development units from open.space parcels, the transfer of residential wits into the two <br /> neighborhoods. <br /> Mr. Storrs Provided copies of the list of requirements for submission to the Cape <br /> Cod Commission portion of the regulation, the regional Policy Plan minimum <br /> performance standards. There are summary statements for each of the ten 10 required <br /> sections. He also provided copies of a letter from Fisheries and wildlife relative to East <br /> Steeple Street. <br /> Mr. Storrs presented a.sketch-up model which is a tool that transforms a flat paper <br /> plan into a simple 3-D model, which enables-you to virtually d'rive,down a street and <br /> experience the feel of the buildings and surroundings. <br /> There was brief discussion regarding signage and parting concerns, as well as <br /> possible reconfiguration of the green space. <br /> There was also discussion regarding the buffer areas. Mr. Storrs stated the o- t. <br /> buffer has been maintained on East Steeple Street, except at those locations where streets <br /> intersect, in this case the buildings have been moved forward and in order to address <br /> pedestrian and traffic concerns. The o-ft. buffer has been maintained on North Market <br /> Street as well, with the exception of the rear setbacks, in which case approval from the <br /> abutters would be required. There is a bide path which runs along the north side <br /> boundary of the property and is located within the 20-ft. setback. <br /> 3 <br />
