Mr. Storrs informed the Board that all meetings that have been conducted with the <br /> Cape Cod Commission have been at the staff level and have been necessary for the <br /> purpose of setting the criteria for the submission of a Development Agreement. <br /> meeting has been scheduled for Monday; December 7`h 12:00 noon at the Cape Cod <br /> Con fission office with the subcommittee. Before submission of the Development <br /> Agreement application, the Development to Regional Impact application must be <br /> withdrawn. <br /> With regard to the Trout Pond aspect of the withdrawal and MEPA requirements, <br /> Mr. Storrs directed the Town Planner to the Cape Cod Commission for clarification. The <br /> Chairman agreed to attend the scheduled meeting with the subcommittee and present <br /> written letter from the Town Planner in the regard. <br /> f iscussion ire this matter concluded at this point 9:1 o p: . ; to be continued to <br /> the December 16, 2009 Planning Board Meeting at : o p.m. It is expected that-members <br /> of the Cape Cod Commission staff will also be in attendance. <br /> Discussion <br /> Potential Zoning Change <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized.Pat Eldredge. <br /> The Town Planner explained that her property abuts the Augat property at Trinity <br /> Place,a d is surrounded by commercial and industrial development, as well as an <br /> abandoned cranberry bog. <br /> Ms. Eldredge addressed the Board informing them that her mother had recently <br /> passed away and that the family will be selling the property. She is requesting the <br /> property be-rezoned as a commercial property rather than residential. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Board to agree with the proposed request. Ms. <br /> Eldredge intends to submit a petition Article for the May Town Meeting, which the <br /> Planning Board will support for recommendation. <br /> Special Permit <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc. — Off Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> Special Permit Modification#27 to Include -Lot"'Willo vbend Circle's <br /> Subdivision as Expansion of Willohend Special Permit Area <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and entertained a notion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis a1 . rini made a Motion to schedule a Public Dearing in this <br /> matter on January 6, 201 o at 7:o 5 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by James <br /> Leonard and.so voted unanimously. <br /> 5 <br />
