Publishing Center; which Motion was duly seconded by ThomasO'Hara and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater LL -Shore Dn*ve west <br /> Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan to Fie-Subdivide 1 -Lots <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing Notice <br /> into the record and called the Public Dearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Toni Bunker, B S S Design, representing the Applicant. <br /> References were made to a plan_of land entitled, "Subdivision Plan ofLand in <br /> New Seabury, Mashpee, NM, prepared for Bayswater Development, LL C, dated <br /> December 18, 200 ' . <br /> 11r. Bunker informed the Board that Applicant is withdrawing an earlier request <br /> for waiver ofthe radius requirement under the Subdivision Regulations. <br /> References-were then made to the comment,letter prepared and submitted by Mr. <br /> Rowley. <br /> 1 oo-ff. centerline radius has been redesigned. <br /> The lot numbers have been re-numbered to reflect Land Court number 1644. <br /> Dotes have been added to the plan-line for the date Of signature on plan and date <br /> approval, statement of covenant, the severer easement dimension has been widened t <br /> 20- t. <br /> The Tidewtch septic system will be relocated to the satisfaction of the Board of <br /> Health and Mate requirements prior to construction. <br /> Soil test.locations have been included..on the plan and profile sheets. Elevation. <br /> is shown which allows approximately 9-ft. of clearance between the lowest new leaching <br /> pit and high ground water. Catch basins are -ff. from the centerline and the connection <br /> to the fire hydrant is now shown on the plan. <br /> Mr. Rowley commented that the drainage calculations appear to be for the <br /> rodray itself and do not include anything for'Lot-l (which may possibly be <br /> developed at a future date). He suggested a rotation be placed on the plan indicating that <br /> no runoff`from said lot should be allowed to enter the drainage system as it is designed; <br /> or Lot 65 Will be required to contain all of its ninoff on site. <br /> 2 <br />
