"To
Whom It May Concern: I aim writing this letter to express my concern regarding the
proposed reconfiguration of Shore Drive west from its current configuration to a new
configuration that includes a significant curve in the road around where the Padulla home
now stands. At the recent Mashpee Town Planning Board meeting held on February 6,
2008 a representative from New Seabury Properties said it was their desire to move the
road to the north so that they could promote "better safety" for the Seaside Association
neighborhood. That same representative went on the add that because the neighborhood
has a private gate, traffic, in theory, should moue no faster than 20 miles per hour. In
reality, the very next morning more than ten vehicles used the roads through Seaside to
3
