MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />AUGUST 27, 2014 <br />MINUTES <br />isMr. Furbush mentioned to the Board he would like to have a discussion regarding accessory <br />apartments when issuing a special permit. He stated that a vote is required to add this <br />discussion to a future agenda. Mr. Mendoza described to the Board when voting on an <br />accessory apartment to make sure the applicant is aware of the new process, the proper <br />paper work is submitted to the building department, and acknowledge the changes adding <br />a condition in the decision. <br />Mr. Furbush made a motion to add this discussion to a future agenda. Bill Blaisdell, <br />seconded, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes. Mr. Jodka <br />abstained. <br />Mr. Reiffarth made a motion to adjourn, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, <br />yes, Mr. Jodka, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, yes.
