(Owner of <br /> Record: Michael Umano, Trustee). <br /> f <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 24, 2014 and October 31, 2014 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout;Chairman,Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chairman, <br /> William A. Blaisdell, Board Members, James Reiffarth and Richard Jodka, and Associate <br /> Members Dom DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building Commissioner, <br /> Michael Mendoza. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents Arnie Seminara, Petitioner,who is proposing to <br /> construct a 9,992 square foot metal building on a 60,000 square foot vacant lot located in <br /> an industrial zone. The application packet included a written narrative, a site plan of the <br /> building depicting the site dimensions,the septic profile,the zoning summary,and drainage <br /> design. Also included is a picture of the building facade and signage dimensions. <br /> The proposed building could accommodate up to five (5) separate rental units, but <br /> currently the proposal is to install two (2) separate rental units. The specific Special Permit <br /> uses for the proposed building can allow professional businesses such as; plumbing, <br /> electrical or carpentry shops, service or repair establishments (Section 174-25 G (4); <br /> wholesale business and storage in a roofed structure (Section 174-25 G (6); wholesale <br /> business and storage (Section 174-25 G (9); and contractor bay(Section 174-25 G (14). <br /> 1 <br />
