He said he would be seeking a continuance. He then provided a letter <br /> explaining what would be stored in the building; i.e., loam,, gravel, engine oil, <br /> equipment. There was some confusion regarding the required number of parking <br /> spaces. Torn Fudala read from the bar-lags. After lengthy discussion, it was determined <br /> by the Board that only vehicles registered with the Registry of Motor Vehicles will b <br /> defined a "`vehicle." <br /> Jim Dorgan brought up concerns regarding long term water run off. Mr. Waft answered <br /> that the area in question was vegetation only. Charlie' added that it wasn't a concern <br /> anyway because the area was flat. Dennis asked about the possibility of putting up <br /> fence. Mr. Watt said them were no plans for a fence because of the expense. Dennis <br /> confinued to express concern about true being careful on the road. Torn mentioned <br /> adding a tinted clearing line on the plans as a buffer. He suggested including an actual <br /> line for tree removal around the entire property. There was Board consensus on this. <br /> Tour read from the by-laws which said that plans have to include everything that is <br /> within 100 feet of the site. Mr. t said that they will revise the purrs to include this. <br /> Additionally, he said that he will supply the water quality report when it becomes <br /> available. <br /> Modon made by Dennis to continue this matter at the next meeting of December 20". <br /> Seconded by ,liar, carried unanimously. <br /> LWnpft FaMilyToot/Ca Toot/Cao& Islands <br /> Tom Fudala received a call requesting that this matter be rescheduled until December <br /> 20". <br />
