Town of Mashpee <br />s = <br />• 16 Great jNreck 9Zoad North <br />Alashpee; Massachusetts 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />FEBRUARY 27, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, <br />February 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ockway Meeting Room at the Mashpee <br />Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Board Members; Jonathan D. Furbush, <br />William A. Blaisdell, James Reiffarth and Judith M. Horton, and Associate <br />Member John M. Dorsey were present. Building Commissioner Richard E. <br />Morgan was also present. Not present were Board Members, Ronald S. Bonvie <br />and Domingo K. DeBarros. <br />Chairman Jonathan D. Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. He announced <br />the meeting was not being televised. He asked Judith Horton to read the agenda <br />IS hearings aloud to the members and audience. <br />NEW HEARINGS <br />Michael and Tammy Monahan request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the <br />Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension <br />or alteration of pre-existing, non -conforming structures to allow for construction <br />of a new dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 36 Jackbon <br />Road (Map 90 Parcel 36) Mashpce, MA. <br />Michael and Tammy Monahan request a Special Permit under § 174-20 of the <br />Zoning By-laws concerning rebuilding of destroyed or damaged non -conforming <br />structures to allow for rebuilding of a single-family dwelling on property located <br />in an R-3 zoning district at 36 Jackbon Road (Map 90 Parcel 36) Mashpee, MA. <br />Michael Monahan introduced himself to the Board as the new owner of the <br />property located at 36 Jackbon Road, Mashpee, MA. He currently resides at 141 <br />Highland Meadow Drive, North Attleboro, MA. His intent is to raze and replace <br />the existing non -conforming structure, removing all debris including a screened <br />patio, and gazebo. <br />• Mr. Richard Morgan stated that Catherine Laurent, DPW Director wants the shed <br />pulled back onto the property line. Mr. Monahan stated it will be removed. <br />
