As the first order of business he called the matter of: <br /> Special Permit A� <br /> 'k Ron Bonvie/Bob Govoni--Southport Retirement Community <br /> "n Review Status of Revegetation and Phase II Approval <br /> T <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the Phase II <br /> Approval Extension in this matter expired on January 22 1999 - <br /> '` which would make a re-approval by the Board necessary. <br /> Applicant informed Board Members that an inspection of the <br /> k <br /> `{3 property y had been recently made by both Patrick Coffey and <br /> o <br /> Charles Rowley,y, the Consulting Engineer. Applicant stated the <br /> u Consl t in in <br /> g Engineer eer indicated the planning and fencing appeared <br /> 4ryto be completed, he suggested waiting until the spring in or <br /> r g p g der <br /> to determine whether or not the plantings were successful.
