The Town Planner <br /> suggested the Board require written guarantees be obtained at the 'I} <br /> time an extension is granted. <br /> 1 <br /> f� <br /> The Chairman inquired if there was an public discussion <br /> r <br /> - y <br /> regarding the re approval of this matter; there being none, he <br /> entertained a motion be made from the Board. ' <br /> MOTION: James Dorgan made a Motion to re-approve Phase II <br /> Southport Retirement Community, with the Condition that <br /> xf revegetation has been successful and which is to be determined' <br /> the spring, as well as a Condition that would require <br /> in' 1 � +� i <br /> maintenance of said growth for a period of one (1) year and to <br /> y <br /> further av extend this matter to June 2, 1999; which Mot ion was <br /> seconded. by Chance Reichel and so voted unanimously.
