Meeting was called to <br /> order in conference Room #1 Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck `' <br /> - Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7: 0 0 .m. on Wednesday, <br /> p y � <br /> March 3, 1999 . The Chairman, John Kuchinski, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: John Kuchinski, Chairman; t, � <br /> r <br /> Chance Reichel, Clerk (7: 05 p.m. ) ; Dennis Balzarini; James <br /> Dorgan; and Beverly Dane, Associate Member. + ' <br /> Also present; F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Twarog, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer ' <br /> 8:20 p.m. ) . <br /> A quorum being present, the Chairman called the Meeting to ' <br /> order. As the first order of business he called the matter of: <br /> Approval Not Required Plan +� 3 <br /> Robert Webster/Cape & Islands Engineering � <br /> 407 and 409 Monomoscoy Road <br /> L <br /> The Chairman recognized David. Sanicki of Cape & Island <br /> Engineering. Upon submission of Plan of Land located in Mashpee � <br /> s <br /> Being a Subdivision of Lot 95 as shown on Land court Plan 152 81-0 fir ► <br /> dated February 25, 1999, Cape & Islands Engineering, variance <br /> v--9 8-144 to be Recorded, Mr. Sanicki was informed by the Chairman ><, <br /> of Planning Board regulation size plans being 24 x 36. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Sanicki also produced a check, letter of authorization „ 'r <br /> to act on behalf of owners, two (2) separate Board of Appeals 1 .41 <br /> Decisions, and a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, all as <br /> previously requested by the Board. I ' <br /> After Plan review and some discussion, it was determined by <br /> the Board that due to insufficient frontage as a result of lot <br /> reconfiguration, this situation no longer met requirements for an <br /> Approval Not Required Plan as required by zoning and should be <br /> filed under the Definitive Plan process. <br /> Mr. Sanicki decided to withdraw the Approval Not Required ' <br /> Plan and agreed to file a Definitive Plan application instead. <br /> He apologized to the Board for any inconvenience this matter may <br /> have caused.
