Sanicki of Cape & Island <br /> Engineering. Upon submission of Plan of Land located in Mashpee � <br /> s <br /> Being a Subdivision of Lot 95 as shown on Land court Plan 152 81-0 fir ► <br /> dated February 25, 1999, Cape & Islands Engineering, variance <br /> v--9 8-144 to be Recorded, Mr. Sanicki was informed by the Chairman ><, <br /> of Planning Board regulation size plans being 24 x 36. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Sanicki also produced a check, letter of authorization „ 'r <br /> to act on behalf of owners, two (2) separate Board of Appeals 1 .41 <br /> Decisions, and a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, all as <br /> previously requested by the Board. I ' <br /> After Plan review and some discussion, it was determined by <br /> the Board that due to insufficient frontage as a result of lot <br /> reconfiguration, this situation no longer met requirements for an <br /> Approval Not Required Plan as required by zoning and should be <br /> filed under the Definitive Plan process. <br /> Mr. Sanicki decided to withdraw the Approval Not Required ' <br /> Plan and agreed to file a Definitive Plan application instead. <br /> He apologized to the Board for any inconvenience this matter may <br /> have caused.
