Applicant has however `# <br /> applied for a frontage variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals. !� <br /> t, <br /> There was some discussion as to the extent of construction '►{ <br /> and road standards, as well as to frontage requirements. The <br /> ..ry chairman clarified Oakwood Road i s an a ,r <br /> pproved subdivision road <br /> with proper frontage, therefore a variance for frontage is not <br /> required. He further suggested Applicant build two hundred. (2 0 0) <br /> feet of road in order to provide the proper frontage for access; <br /> or eliminate Oakwood Road and request a reduction of frontage <br /> from the Planning Board. <br /> im�k <br /> '.•y The Town Planner offered a third alternative, being a <br /> construction design of less than the two hundred (200) feet of <br /> , a g <br /> the road for which the Planning Board could grant a waiver of ;r <br /> standards, contingent upon approval by the Consulting Engineer. <br /> } I r <br /> The Board suggested Applicant provide a road plan/design, <br /> profile and topography information as related to the subdivision <br /> design. There was some discussion regarding a waiver of the <br /> turn-around requirement in favor of a driveway. a <br /> The Board determined the extension date in this matter to be , <br /> April 9, 1999; the next Meeting date to be March 17, 1999 .
