The Chairman inquired if Applicant had a► detailed <br /> listing of items In need of completion for Phase II. <br /> Mr. Quinn responded there are two items, roads and <br /> landscaping; he agreed to provide detail. <br /> r. Quinn reminded the Board of the security <br /> arrangement from Phase I-B to Phase I.I was that bui l.dings <br /> were! constructed and building permits obtained, however <br /> none of the buildings could be occupied until such time as <br /> the previous phase had been signed off. He requested the <br /> same arrangement be granted f'or Phase III until Phase II <br /> has been completed. <br /> The Town Planner noted that Condition #10 does not <br /> include any language regarding occupancy permits; he <br /> suggested it be- added to the condition. <br /> The Chairman cautioned Applicant that the Board does <br /> not want to create a situation whereby Phase II is left <br /> incomplete. <br /> Mr. Quinn stated their motivation is to complete the <br /> landscaping by spring. <br /> Condition #11 - Attorney Taipale stated this condition <br /> clarifies the phasing and indicates correct unit numbers. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the language be simplified <br /> to indicate 156 units (referenc,e to the existing 1 -units <br /> is no longer relevant) . <br /> Condition #15 - Attorney Taipale explained this <br /> condition originally referred to the garages . Much of the <br /> language has been eliminated. Some of the language <br /> previously incorporated into Condition #10 (ender the last <br /> modification) regarding minor deviations to the Site Plan <br /> encountered in the construction process has been included. <br /> Also included is language regarding total .impervious <br /> coverage. He reserved the right to make changes- based upon <br /> the -most recent computations provided by Applicant' s <br /> engineer. <br /> Condition -20 - Attorney Taipale stated this condition <br /> makes reference to the phasing schedules1propoed <br /> completion dates .
