P,M. ; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to approved the <br /> Minutes of the December 4, 2002 Meet-ing, as amended; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Richard Terror and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Anchor Self Storage - Kevin I irraine <br /> Route 13 - Assessors' Map 19, Block 11 <br /> Approval of 2-lot Definitive Subdivision Ulan <br /> The. Chairman' called the Public Hearing to order, <br /> recognizing Attorney Kevin Kirraine who presented to the <br /> Board a plan that separating the open space parcel from the <br /> developed parcel # said open space parcel to be deeded t <br /> the Town under conservation restrictions . <br /> References were being grade to the plan. The Town <br /> Planner noted the irregular shape of the lot being donated <br /> to the Town and the difficulty locating the bounds. He has <br /> suggested that the upper portion of the plan be deeded with <br /> the remaining area to be placed under deed .restrriction . <br /> Attorney Firraine was amenable to this suggestion, <br /> provided however it would not result in further amendment <br /> to the subdivision process (which would cause further <br /> delay) . He further stated the possibilities. of preparIng a <br /> reprised plan, as well as cape Cod commission approval . <br /> Attorney Kirraine suggested he create three. <br /> parcels; one for the small parcel in front which would be. <br /> placed under Conservation Restriction, one- for the <br /> developed portion of the lot, while retaining all of the <br /> frontage. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the subdivision plan be <br /> revised to define the easement area by reconfiguring the <br /> limes for description purposes, eliminate the jog) . <br /> Attorney Kirraine expressed concern that the subject <br /> area is not a true easement, but rather a restriction upon <br /> the lot. <br />
