r <br /> Addressing the Board, the Town Planner clarified this <br /> matter should not be considered to be as much of a zoning <br /> issue, but rather a land management issue as the land will <br /> e donated to the Conservation Commission. He requested <br /> the Board consider granting some flexibility when deeding <br /> this matter so that the Applicant' s project will not be <br /> urther delayed. <br /> Attor-ney Kirraine requested, should the Board agree- <br /> with the Town Planner' s suggestion, some form of approval <br /> of the concept, which would eliminate the need -appear <br /> before the Board at another hearing in order to obtain] a <br /> signature on the plan. <br /> Nuking references to the plan, -the Town Planner <br /> indicated, by waxy of suggestion, how the lines should b <br /> shown. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner noted that "C-2" as <br /> indicated on the. plan h"oul e changed to indicate " - "" .. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to approve the - <br /> lot subdivision with that amendment, corrections to the <br /> plan as suggested by the Town Planner...(The motion was not <br /> -seconded at this point) . <br /> AMENDED MOTION: Steve Dolan made an amended Motion <br /> approving the 2-lot subdivision plan with the condition of <br /> possible plan modification reflecting a simplified Lot 2, <br /> by either creation f ea'-sement areas or additional lots; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Don Myers and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc, <br /> 54 Echo Road - Assessors' Map 19, Black 11. <br /> Approval of 2-Lot Definitive subdivision Plan <br /> Continued from December 1 , 202 <br /> The Chairman opened the Public Hearing in this matter <br /> and recognized Tara Calabrese, who requested the matter be <br /> continued to March 19, 2002 , <br /> MOTION: Don Dyers made a Motion to continue- the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to March 19, 2003, at 7 : o <br /> p.m, ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 4 <br />
