Public Hearing <br /> Windchime Point, Inc. - Wind chime Point Condominium <br /> Approval of Modification to Special -Permit <br /> Application Filed November 6, 2002 <br /> Continued from February 5, 2003 <br /> The Chairman opened the Public Hearing in this matter <br /> and recognized Attorney Taipa-le, representing the <br /> Applicant. <br /> Attorney Ta-ipale stated revised plans had been <br /> submitted to the Planning Board/Department last week. He <br /> further stated some minor language changes are being <br /> presented to the Board this evening. He them deferred to <br /> r. Quinn. <br /> References were made to said plan entitled, "Windchime <br /> Point Utility Plan, Phase III, 53- knits, 18-Buildings, <br /> dated February 14, 03" . <br /> Mr. Quinn provided square footage calculations . After <br /> careful review of all numbers Applicant found they were <br /> 1, 408 square feet over the maximum allowed. He stated the <br /> plans would be revised deleting those garages indicated in <br /> pink, which represent 1, 440 square feet. All middle <br /> garages not located under -the buildings will be eliminated <br /> in- order to conform. <br /> The Chairman asked if the calculations reflected those <br /> eliminated garages. <br /> Mr. Quinn referred her to the lime which reads, <br /> "Reduce 18 middle porches (11x7) = 77 square feet; reduce <br /> 16 end porgies with unattached garages to (8x11) = 88 <br /> square feet; the difference being 1, 408 square feet . The <br /> number of garages being eliminated is six ( ) in locations <br /> where the topography does not allow them to be constructed <br /> underneath the buildings . <br /> The Town Planner asked if the number includes the <br /> storage building for the Association. <br /> r. Quinn responded it is included, see. "Additional <br /> Storage 35 square feet" . <br /> 5 <br />
