Making reference to footprint, Mr. Quinn noted the <br /> buildings are more spaced out, especially along the <br /> conservation area. <br /> There was discussion regarding possible loss of <br /> parking spaces . <br /> The Town Planner suggested grading issues remain to be <br /> shown on the plan. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Bornstein who requested <br /> approval to begin construction of, those four (4) buildings <br /> the Board has approved for clearing. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner requested 24-hour notice <br /> prior to any clearing in order to make an inspection. <br /> Mr. Bornstein requested permission to dig two ( ) <br /> foundations for building 4-8 and #4 . <br /> Steve Dolan inquired as to building permit approvals. <br /> . <br /> The Consulting Engineer made the Board aware that he <br /> may have addition l comments other than simple grading <br /> issues forBoard consideration (road- width, garage <br /> orientation, etc. ) . <br /> The Chairman agreed the plan is in need of Mr. <br /> Rowley' s thorough review. <br /> In light of the Consulting Engineer' s comments, Steve <br /> Dolan expressed further concern with granting approval of <br /> Applicant' s request. <br /> t the point Mr. Bornstein withdrew the- request to dig <br /> any foundations . <br /> The Board advised Applicant to provide sufficient <br /> plans and documentation, which will allow them to act on <br /> the matter at the next scheduled meeting. <br /> The Consulting Engineer expressed his preference t <br /> report his comments to the Board for consideration, rather <br /> than making direct agreement negotiations with the <br /> Applicant. He feels it appropriate to inform the Board of <br /> any possible difficulties with the proposed plan (other <br /> than technical issues . <br /> 6 <br />
