MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />JULY 10, 2013 <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Julie Brady approached the Board and announced she is an abutter that resides at 256 <br />Monomoscoy Road. She questioned if they could be notified of a Full Board present prior to <br />the next meeting. Mr. Furbush stated he was notified of the absent members two hours prior to <br />the meeting. Julie was concerned there will not be five Board members present at the next <br />meeting and wanted to know if there was a deadline and could the petition be continued for a <br />long period of time. Mr. Furbush stated, yes there is a deadline and is confident there will be <br />five (5) Board members present at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Ron Bourque, announced he resides at 97 Monomoscoy Road West, and stated he never <br />received any notification of the hearing and heard about the petition through a discussion with <br />his neighbors. Mr. Furbush stated the notification is sent to abutters within three hundred feet <br />from the property and are notified by mail and also listed in the Mashpee Enterprise. <br />Julie Welch, an abutter that resides at 277 Monomoscoy Road asked if she will be notified by <br />mail regarding the continued hearing. Mr. Furbush stated there is no second mailing on a <br />continued hearing. <br />Patrick J. Foley, an abutter that resides at 276 Monomoscoy Road stated his concern for <br />residents that were not able to attend tonight's meeting being notified of the continued <br />hearing. Mr. Furbush stated they will not be notified through a mailing but can call the <br />Building Department and Zoning Board of Appeals office. <br />Mr. Blaisdell and Mr. Furbush mentioned to the audience to notify their neighbors and let <br />them know they can send letters to the Board. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mr. Jodka read the notice to approve the June 26, 2013 Meeting Minutes. Mr. Blaisdell made <br />a motion to approve the meeting minutes, yes: Votes: Mr. Furbush seconded, yes, Mr. Dorsey, <br />yes, Mr. Jodka, yes. All were in favor. <br />Mr. Dorsey made a motion to adjourn. Votes: Mr. Furbush, seconded the motion, yes, Mr. <br />Blaisdell yes, Mr. Jodka, yes.
